The Hon Angus Taylor MP
Minister for Energy & Emissions Reduction
Angus entered politics in 2013 when he was elected as the Liberal Federal Member for Hume in NSW. He was promoted to Assistant Minister to the Prime Minister with special responsibility for Cities and Digital Transformation in February 2016 and became Minister for Law Enforcement and Cyber Security in December 2017. Angus was promoted to Cabinet as the Minister for Energy in August 2018, and reappointed as the Minister for Energy and Emissions Reduction in May 2019. With a passion for cutting edge technology and the benefits for citizens of the digital age, Angus authored an essay The Promise of Digital Government which was published by the Menzies Research Centre in 2016. Angus has a Bachelor of Economics (First Class Honours and University Medal) and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Sydney. He also has a Master of Philosophy in Economics from Oxford, where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar. His thesis was in the field of competition policy.

Darren Miller 
CEO - ARENA
Darren Miller has more than 25 years’ experience across a range of sectors including renewable energy, electricity retail, technology, finance, media and entertainment. Since joining ARENA as CEO in 2018, he has introduced new investment priorities that include the acceleration of hydrogen to create opportunities across the domestic economy, and position Australia to become a major renewable energy exporter. 
Prior to joining ARENA Darren was the co-founder and CEO of Mojo Power, an innovative electricity retailer. He was previously the Director of Asset Finance at Sungevity Australia, and co-founder and CEO of Sumwise, a technology and services company.
Darren’s previous experience includes managing investments for Publishing and Broadcasting Limited and Consolidated Press Holdings as well as in corporate finance and advisory at Ernst & Young.
Darren is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of New South Wales.
Dr. Fiona Simon
CEO - Australian Hydrogen Council 
Fiona Simon is the CEO of the Australian Hydrogen Council (AHC), the peak body for the Australian hydrogen industry.
AHC connects the hydrogen industry and its stakeholders in building a secure, clean and resilient energy future based on hydrogen. AHC’s members are from the energy, transport, consulting and technology sectors.
Prior to joining the Australian Hydrogen Council, Fiona worked for close to 20 years in energy policy and regulation, specialising in energy retail competition and consumer protection matters.
Fiona holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Melbourne. She has published a well-regarded academic book on retail energy regulation in Australia.
Rob Grant
Director Energy -Fortescue Metals Group
Rob Grant commenced as Director Energy of Fortescue Metals Group in April 2020 to oversee the Company’s energy growth initiatives, including the transition to renewable energy and development of a hydrogen business.  
He brings engineering and commercial experience spanning more than 20 years in the international energy and infrastructure industry, including nine years as Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Hydro, a global clean energy provider with a significant renewable energy footprint in Australia and internationally.  
Prior to joining Fortescue, Rob was Chair of the Clean Energy Investor Group – representing over 20 institutional investors owning over 70 clean energy power stations and over A$11 billion in investment in the national electricity market.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and has completed an MBA and Master of Applied Finance at Melbourne and Macquarie Universities.

Cristina Talacko
Chairperson - Coalition for Conservation
Cristina is an entrepreneur,  founder of SalDoce Fine Foods, winner of the 2016 and 2018 NSW Premier’s Export Awards, the 2017 National Ethnic Business Awards and most recently the NSW Business Chamber Small Business Award 2019.  She is also co-owner of retail organic bulk food stores Naked Foods. Cristina is a passionate advocate for the environment, and is a director on various Boards as Beyond Zero Emissions, Multicultural NSW, Endeavour Energy's Stakeholders Consultative Board and the Australia-Brazil Chamber of Commerce. She is involved in community work as director of One Meal - It Makes a Difference, a charity providing meals to the homeless. Cristina has completed the Business Program “Women and Power” at Harvard Kennedy Business School. She graduated from the University of London with an LLB - Bachelor of Law, and a Diploma in Corporate Law at the University of Sydney.
